François-Théodore Licquet, born on 19 June 1787 in Caudebec-en-Caux and died on 1 November 1832 in Rouen, was a French curator and local historian. Licquet did his first studies, as a scholarship holder, at the Collège Louis-le-Grand, in Paris, and finished them at the Prytanée de Saint-Cyr.
